CASE STUDY: TOPGOLF

How we helped Topgolf UNLOCK REVENUE GROWTH

The Problem: Topgolf identified a massive untapped opportunity: the 50% of guests who visit but don’t golf. They were leaving money on the table. To maximize revenue per customer, they needed to elevate their culinary reputation and drive immediate food and beverage sales.

The Problem:  In the early stages of the AI revolution, IBM needed to assert dominance in the conversation and prove their tools were more than just hype. They needed a high-credibility asset to use at global conferences and for vendor acquisition.
